The Importance of a Father

When my daughter was born - I like so many other men fell in love with her at first sight. I was in the delivery room when she was born. I cut the umbilical cord set her free from her mother into the world. Dads are the first protectors of their children and there is a special bond between daughters and dads. I was blessed to have a daughter who is smart, creative and resourceful. My daughter is special to me in multiple ways and she knows how I feel about her because she is affirmed at home.
